My elderly parents were making a move from Ft. Lauderdale to New Jersey and had to leave the vacant house in Donna's hands. She was extremely knowledgeable about Sunset Cove and what the home prices were going for. The house sold quickly. She was always accessible for all the contractors to come and do work. It was extremely helpful how much time she devoted to us. She was always reliable and super quick to respond by phone/text or e-mail. Donna Schepis is the best!! As our agent she was outstanding to work with. She managed the sale of our home in Plantation with professionalism and efectiveness. We live out of state and were a bit nervous about going into this process remotely. Thanks to Donna, it was possible to achieve a smooth transaction with out having to be there, not even once! Donna took care of everything, she guided us, advised us and became our eyes in there. She ensured the house was always in perfect condition for showings, and kept us updated during the whole process. She was there to give access to the house for cleaning, pest control, maintainance and people doing repairs, and even supervised it. (we replaced the roof and did some other minor repairs) To said that she went above and beyond, is an understatement. Donna is extremely professional and personable. She is reliable, extremelly organized, honest, knowledgeable, accessible, kind and overall, a great person to deal with. Donna Schepis is the ultimate real estate professional. She has excellent knowledge of the area where we wanted to buy a home. She was able to answer every question that we had. I was doing this transaction remotely and Donna put me in touch with all of the support services I needed to do this transaction (insurance, mortgage, title company, etc.). She got answers to questions about the homeowner association rules for us. At times she acted as our "eyes" during the process when things were needed for the house because we were not in the area yet. Donna is very easy to deal with. She is also very nice to deal with and she listens to everything that a buyer asks and responds accordingly. She responds immediately when sent a text or email. She always answers her phone when possible or returns calls promptly. Buying this house was an excellent experience and a very large part of that excellent experience was due to Donna. I highly recommend Donna. I also know somebody that worked with Donna to sell their house and they too had an excellent experience.
